Calm and Focus Your Dog-take time to relax and de-stress, with your dog. Learn to breathe and balance, focus and allow your inner energy to flow and grow, and do it along with your dog, so you both can enjoy the wonderful experience of the energetic flow. This may benefit your relationship with your pet, increasing cooperation, harmony and calming them. This will be offered weekly, on Wednesdays, 8:30pm-9:15pm, after obedience class, at the Dojo (9447 LaPerouse, Juneau, AK). Take time to connect--with yourself and your dog.

What to expectModalitiesRequirementsClass calendar/topicsBring to class

What you can expect:
A variety of techniques will be demonstrated and briefly explained, (TTouch, Quantum Touch, EFT, crystals, etc.) over the course of this class and various methods made available (music, flower essences, crystals, etc.) for you to experience with your pet, if you so desire. Each week will include one or two techniques, with examples, stories, and resources and then provide time for meditating. Outcomes can range from noticing no change to dramatic changes. (For example--my ten year old arthritic dog ran around like a puppy for two weeks after 20 minutes of EFT. My dog has also fallen sound asleep and snored after a few minutes of Healing Touch.) We are providing the space and information/education and you will be providing the experience, for yourself and your dog.
