HOW WE GOT STARTED IN SELF HELP FOR OUR DOG.
Our journey into the world of other possibilities for our pets started many years ago, when our wonderful vet told us that even though it was clear my dog was in significant (stomach) pain, they did not really know why, and until there was blood coming out one end or the other, there was nothing they knew to do to help. That was no longer a good enough answer for me. I went home, started reading parts of a book I had just gotten on acupressure on dogs, and tried acupressure on some stomach points. I was terrified about possibly doing something "wrong", but my dog was in such extreme pain and agony, I figured I probably could not cause much more discomfort, and I had to try something. The next morning, she was a completely different dog...pain free, happy, running around, no longer standing with an arched back because of her stomach pain. If I could make this big a difference, in a few minutes, with a non-invasive simple technique when my vet could do nothing, then maybe there was something to alternative methods.

And so began my journey to help my animals, when my local veterinarians could not. Since then, by employing information from videos like this, and working with holistic veterinarians, as well as attending many seminars, to learn more, my dogs have lived happy, quality lives, far beyond what my local veterinarians could imagine or believe. Many of these methods are now being used with pets and other animals, with much success.

We have an extensive library of educational videos on Dog Care, Behavior Modification, Training, Energy work and more (including alternative methods and modalities, and on other animals such as cats and horses and humans). As part of our continuing community service, we are happy to make them available to all interested persons. They are presented for information and education, only. These video showings are free and open to the public. We would appreciate preregistration.

Showings will be on Thursdays, 5:00pm, at our shop, 4191 Taku Blvd., Juneau, Alaska. They will be posted below. This is a "no dog" class (humans only).
