Professional Certifications and Experience

TTouch - Certified Tellington-Touch Companion Animal Practitioner, graduate level credits.

Training - Twenty years, including eleven years of professional dog training. Studied with internationally known trainers including Linda Tellington-Jones, Karen Pryor, John Rogerson, Terry Ryan, and John Fisher. My canine class assistant, Peter, holds a UKC Companion Dog Degree, Canine Good Citizen Certification and is a Certified Therapy Dog and Outstanding Versatility Dog.

Grooming - Certified Professional All-Breed Groomer, ten years experience, Advanced Techniques in Canine Cosmetology (skin, coat, anatomy, behavior, styling, standards.)

Ms. Fischbach holds numerous awards (including national), dog titles, additional training in holistic methods (canine acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, Healing Touch, homeopathics, flower essences, etc.) 20+ years experience, national conference invited presentor. She is a member of TTEAM International and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.

Canines Unlimited received a Legislative Citation, a Juneau City and Borough Resolution and recognition from the Governor for work with the Canine Good Citizen program and responsible dog ownership.

Ms. Fischbach and her dogs Callie and Peter also received national awards, for their numerous achievements and outstanding community service.

Martha graduated from the University of Minnesota, Cum Laude, with a degree in Recreation, Therapeutic concentration, Nursery School teaching certification and a strong Psychology, Studio Arts and Dance background.
