Starting Jan. 1, 2008, Maintenance Grooming appointments (six week schedule or less) at Standard rates will expand to include Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as Saturdays.

*Note-Grooming and Do-It-Yourself Juneau Dog Wash appointments may show as overlapping in time. Dog Wash appointments may still be scheduled, even if all Grooming appointments are taken and are usually readily available within a few days or a week.

Confidential Identification Number
Each dog (Grooming and/or Dog Wash client) is assigned a Confidential Identification Number (ID#) by Canines Unlimited. If you cannot locate it, please contact us at info@caninesunlimited.com and give us your first and last name, the name of your dog and its breed, and an email address and phone number to call to get you your information. You may get a new ID# should the one you have become compromised.
If you are not already an approved sender, be sure to follow our Spam Filter directions, to become an authorized sender.

Please allow ample time in your schedule to arrive on time and pick your dog up on time, or additional fees may apply. (See POLICIES and FEES, below, after the calendar.) Please advise us no later than 12 noon the day prior to your appointment of special circumstances that may apply to your scheduled appointment and we will accomodate them to the best of our ability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIY...
This published schedule will be the final determining factor of your appointment, please check it and be sure it agrees with your understanding of your appointment, and let us know immediately of any discrepancies (and avoid possible fees-see below). These are all hand kept records, not computer programs, so always be sure to check on your upcoming appointment a few days before it is due, to make sure all is correct.

POLICIES and FEES
Cancellation/missed/changed appointment Policy--deadline no later than 12:00 noon the day prior to the scheduled appointment. After the deadline, the minimum expected fee (per dog) applies to missed grooming appointments, late shows (15 minutes or more is considered a missed appointment, unless you choose to have us do a partial grooming with the remaining time available, at full grooming fee), and all appointments not cancelled, adjusted or changed by 12 noon the day prior to the scheduled appointment (hereafter called "missed appointment").

Failure to pay the "missed appointment" fee within a week of the missed appointment will mean cancellation of all forthcoming appointments that may already be on the books.

We use the time of day as announced by the phone company, set our clocks by it and use that time in determining any time factors involved.

Kennel fees: A $5.00 dollar fee, per half hour or any portion thereof, will apply to dogs dropped off earlier than 15 minutes before their appointment or picked up later than 15 minutes after their scheduled pick-up time.
